This book chapter discusses basic principles of 'Designing for Trust' presents the 'Architectures of Trust' compatibility assessment tool and shows its applicability to citizen identity systems, using the proposed UK scheme as an example. Abstract.

02. 'Designing for Trust' for the Future Web (2009)
In this joint short paper presented at WebSci'09 we discuss our reasoning behind 'designing for trust', the technology design methodology that should facilitate creation of a remote justified trust, thus averting the impeding crisis of trust on the Web. Abstract.

03. Towards a methodology for research on trust (2009)
In this joint short paper presented at WebSci'09 we propose a methodology applicable to trust research that combines both positivistic and interpretivistic apporaches and elaborate on such a methodology with reference to a trust application area. Abstract.

04. Towards a better citizen identification system (2009)
This paper applies principles of 'Designing for Trust' to personal identification system (ID card systems). While the task may be not straighforward, the paper suggests what to do to have the operational and trustworthy system. Published in the FIDIS Electronic Journal. Abstract.
